It looks like the nation's wealthy are not waiting for Mitt Romney to cut their taxes, they are simply waiting to leave the planet. While early flights will only send the well-heeled to the stratosphere, no doubt somebody is eyeing the moon and contemplating the first luxury resort. With tickets priced in the range of $95,000 to $150 million. Who needs a tax cut when you can simply leave the planet.
