Do something great for a friend today. Call up a few of your friends, make a date to celebrate, laugh, and tell your friends how much you appreciate them in your life.

I don’t have to spend much time talking about how valuable friends are to the fabric of your life, even if you are blessed with a great spouse. But you do have to be reminded to let your friends know how much you love and appreciate them.

Use this time to praise your friends, complimenting them on their gifts and talents. For example, remind your friend of how great a dad he is. Of course, be genuine and sincere with your compliments. Everyone likes to hear they are doing a good job, even if it’s making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

You can grow your friendship if you remember to be generous with your love and praise.

Meet your friends at the nearest karaoke bar, smile, and say  “Hey good looking! Let’s celebrate us!”
